fastr.ai/ Lite Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and itD dba fastr.ai/ ("we," "us," or "our") for use of the public-facing fastr.ai/ platform (the "Platform"), including website, registration, and services. 

By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms (including incorporated Privacy Policy). If you disagree, do not use the Platform. 

1. Eligibility and Account 

You must be at least 18 years old. This account is for your personal or internal business use only. You may not share your login credentials or ‘rent’ your account access to others.” 

2. Services 

We provide fastr.ai/ Lite 'as available.' This means we may occasionally take the platform offline for maintenance, updates, or fixes without prior notice, and these brief outages do not entitle you to a refund." 

3. User Obligations and Restrictions 

As a user of the Platform, you agree to the following standards of conduct: 

  • Lawful Use: You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You will not use the Platform to engage in harassment, spamming, or any activity that violates the rights of others. 
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not “rent,” share, or transfer your account access to any third party. 
  • Prohibited Actions: You agree not to: 
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying AI logic of the Platform. 
  • Use automated systems (e.g., bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform. 
  • Competitive Research: Access the Platform for the purpose of building a product or service that competes with fastr.ai/. 
  • AI Training: Use any outputs from the Platform to train, develop, or improve external artificial intelligence or machine learning models. 
  • Data License: By using the Platform, you grant fastr.ai/ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your inputs (such as search queries) to provide and improve our services. 
  • Privacy Assurance: While we use usage patterns to improve our AI, we do not sell your personal contact information to third-party advertisers. 

 

4. Intellectual Property 

We retain all rights in the Platform. Limited license granted to you for personal use. 

5. Payments (If Applicable) 

  • Subscription Cycles: Use of certain features requires a recurring subscription fee. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually). 
  • No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused outputs. 
  • Price Changes: We may change our fees from time to time; however, we will notify you in advance via the email associated with your account. 

6. Termination 

We may suspend/terminate access for violations, nonpayment, or at discretion. You may stop using anytime. Survival: IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability limits. 

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. 
  • Access After Cancellation: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Platform’s paid features until that date. No further charges will be applied after the current period ends. 
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your billing cycle. 

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 

  • “As Is” Service: We provide fastr.ai/ Lite on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for a great user experience, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements at all times. 
  • No Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, fastr.ai/ and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or recruitment opportunities. 
  • Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform is limited to the greater of: 
  • The total amount you paid to fastr.ai/ in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim; or 
  • $100.00 USD (specifically for users on our Free tier). 
  • Statutory Rights: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. 

 

8. Indemnification 

You indemnify us for claims from your misuse, content, or violations. 

9. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.”
